Starting from his humble beginnings, assisting Australians in achieving their financial goals, Rapha identified a critical need for a financial and mortgage brokerage that would truly prioritize clients over industry jargon. In response to this need, he established Facto Financial Group in 2018 following his unwavering commitment to educating all his clients and empowering them to make informed decisions throughout their financial journey.
Originally from Brazil, Rapha arrived in Australia on holiday in 2008, instantly falling in love with its vibrant culture and making it his permanent home. Since then, working in the finance industry Rapha earned a track record of excellence, receiving recognition and awards for his outstanding contributions to the industry.

David Sancho is a Credit Analyst at Facto, currently undertaking a Master of Finance at the University of Western Australia (UWA). With a strong academic foundation and a keen interest in financial markets, David brings valuable analytical depth to the team.
He has extensive experience in foreign exchange markets and investments, which allows him to approach lending scenarios with a well-rounded financial perspective. This background enables him to assess risk, structure deals effectively, and identify opportunities that align with both client goals and lender requirements.
